NÁPAD
Co-creation is the leading methodology for procuring and curating innovative solutions but there has been a bit of an evolution to get to this point. Formerly, entrepreneurs had “lightbulb moments”, went out and launched businesses based on their ideas. Things shift over to new processes when multiple perspectives are needed to foster innovation. Different departments, skillsets, and experiences are merged in co-creatin process that leads to new innovations.
IPV uses a tailored approach in the form of workshops that use advanced tools for assessment and solving problems that lead to innovative products or services.
Open innovation is a business management model for innovation that promotes collaboration with people and organizations outside the company. In this sense, open innovation challenges are a true cultural break from the company silo mentality and the secrecy traditionally associated with the corporate R&D culture. It is in this very moment when the opportunity to attract those external individuals and/or companies becomes more real.

He started his career as a member of the project team in 2 international research projects focused on knowledge-based bioeconomy, that were financed under the 7th framework programme of the EU. After a year, he was promoted to the position of a work package leader responsible for communication and technology transfer, which became the major challenge for his professional life. In the following years he has been a partner within 8 international projects in the field of R&I (Horizon 2020, Erasmus+, Interreg Europe, Interreg Danube), in most of them at the leadership position.
